Lovely salon with a great atmosphere and excellent service. May I suggest to the salon that it would be a good idea for the each of the staff to write down on the price list leaflet what products they have used on their clients hair on their appointment incase your clients want to come back and purchase items

Andy looked after me at the salon yesterday. He gave me a conditioning treatment, PERM (yes! a perm!) and cut. I came out of there feeling so beautiful and I have to say that I had the best experience I have ever had in a salon in my whole life! Andy is very friendly, he did a test perm on my hair before he agreed to do it and listened exactly to what I wanted. Usually, I have to go home and redo my hair, but on this occasion not, because I was so happy with what he did. I feel transformed! I have a head full of curls! Thank you Andy!

I rang 1st thing Mon morning. Explained what I wanted. Appointment given same morning. 'Olga', cut my hair. It was a re- style. Olga listened & kindly advised. I am absolutely over the moon. I'm going back for colour nxt week ?? Thankyou Olga x

I visited the salon today as I had an appointment for a cut and blowdry , I was greeted by two young ladies at the front desk , one of them friendly offered to take my jacket and invited me to sit a wait . I waited for around 10 minutes, for a busy Saturday, that?s wasn?t that long wait at all . While I was waiting a gentleman sat down next to me and was offered a drink while waiting, the same happened with another couple that arrived a few minutes later . I wasn?t offered any drink .My appointment was with Raf , who approached friendly and invited me to sit down and we discussed my idea for the cut .He was very helpful , very professional and gave me great advise how to take care of my hair ,at home . He had to deal with a few issues while cutting my hair , it was a busy day , I completely understand but in a way I felt like everything was a bit rushed .

I visited today and was assisted by Chiana, I was very nervous as I hadn't been to a hairdresser in around 12 years, Chiana was very professional and reassuring throughout my visit - will definitely be visiting again :)
