Still one of my favourite Waterstones, knowledgeable staff and the building itself is phenomenal.
Upstairs you can see where it used to be a dance hall I was told and where the band use to sit to play.
It's Waterstones you know the quality is good, but this stores selection is just special.

To be honest I much prefer buying books at independent bookshops but as Salisbury doesn't seem to have one I ended up in Waterstones. And the service I got from one man (older gent, white beard) was impeccable. He offered a superb recommendation based on very little information and it was clear he was an avid reader and passionate book seller. Credit where credit is due. Very good experience.

Absolutely excellent service on my visit. They went above and beyond to make a dream come true for the pupils in my school and I couldn't be more grateful or impressed.
