I booked in for a tattooed brow as mine were patchy, very thin and not symmetrical. I found GlamourbyJoanna via a FB post and saw great before and after pics of other clients and was pleased to see I could afford the costs.I got in touch and after a successful patch test and initial face-to-face consultation, I returned for my appointment and was guided through the process at each stage.Joanna put me at ease and I felt relaxed throughout the procedure. I was shown the progress throughout to ensure I was happy with the direction we were heading in and was checked up on regularly to make sure I was okay with the pain.I'm glad I took the plunge for a tattooed brow; I don't have to worry about appearing brow-less and I'm glad I chose Joanna to do them as she's got the right balance of friendly and professional. The beauty room was nicely decorated, clean, tidy and all the right antiseptic bits were done prior to getting inked.I look forward to seeing the final results once they've healed and I've had my 6/8week touch-up. I'd be happy to recommend GlamourbyJoanna to others after my experience today :)

I had a great haircut with Lorraine and have had my nails made lovely with Sam and Carly.I always feel welcome. It's a busy salon, but I'm always able to get an appointment. Great service and laughter always.

Nice atmosphere. Chatty and ' real ' . Space out the back if you want to step out for a bit. Busy. But they will accommodate you with time and day of your choice when ever they can. Lorraine very popular.

I booked for a restyle, as soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was a little early, so sat & waited, the staff were all talking to their customers, who had all been before as conversation was flowing. The hairdresser who was to cut my hair apologies for keeping me waiting, although I was early. My hair was washed & combed through gently.. I explained what style I was looking for, after some time & alot of chatting ( which came easily ) my hair was exactly how I asked.. I'm a very pleased customer.I recommend TMD for hair & beauty, as well as very friendly the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely shocking!My friend went to have her hair done and wanted a balayage. This is what she come out with! She was clear about what she wanted and explained that she did not want bleach anywhere near her roots. The hairdresser ?Carly? said ?don?t worry? and proceeded with going up to the roots. Multiple messages was sent to them with pictures to which my friend was ignored so she went there herself and ?Carly? funnily enough couldn?t remember this situation occurring. My friend asked for a refund (understandable) and had the money thrown at her. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!NOT RECOMMEND!!!
