Took my watch here to be serviced. Was sent off to the main repair centre in Wolverhampton.
Came back not running as I'd wished. I returned to store and the issue was corrected hassle free.

Base on the attitude of company Timpson, you would think they were building you a house not cutting a key with a glorified file. They would not cut a very good quality "dealer blank" that they don't stock, or would every stock! They said that "it would break in the lock" (based on what??) "Could not provide a warranty" (I don't want one) So typical of the "the computer says no! - attitude" that cripples customer service in England! !! Grow-up!! Understand that while you have passing trade, more and more people that browse internet reviews will realise that the customer service comes first. (get a customer to sign a waver form!!!)
I went to an independent in Andover who cut the key.. worked perfectly, no fuss, no issue!

Fantastic old fashion service. The young gentleman was very knowledgable about the problem i had with my damaged phone. Fixed my phone screen. I would recommend using timpsons to all my friends and family. 10/10 service

The owner and workers are unbelievably incompetent. Made a copy of my key and I told them it doesn't even look close to correct, they simply asked me to try it. Went back to the shop after trying the lock (didn't fit), they made another copy, also didn't look right, and made jokes about me enjoying mt trips back and forth. Key also didn't fit. Tried going back a third time, but the owner threw me out, said it wasn't his problem. Unbelievable! Customer service is non-existent. Wish I could give less than one star...
