“I'm not surprised to see most of the other reviews are about how good Lulu is at her job, never come across such a genuinely helpful employee anywhere, she was brilliant in every aspect.Unfortunately the delivery was a real faff, and I was back and forth from work to accommodate Topps tiles rather unorganized delivery after only half the order was delivered. They did send the other half later in the day but it was very last minute and I had to rush home from work to ensure I was in.I was promised a discount by one employee due to the inconvenience of 3 people taking the afternoon of work to get on with the install, only for us to then return to work, and be told the rest of the delivery would arrive within an hour... mad rush!!!Rather blunt manager that they then wouldn't be able to do anything due to inconvenience caused, was being told one thing by one person and something else by another..Lulu is the reason for still leaving 5 stars, and they did rectify the delivery but communication wasn't good from the delivery team.”

“I bought tiles for our kitchen from Phil. A huge selection of tiles and Phil is knowledgeable and welcoming. I would not go anywhere else if we needed tiles in future.I went to another tile shop nearby and the customer service was nowhwre near the Salisbury tile store. A great shop with staff who know exactly what they're talking about.”

“I've read some past reviews but our experience has been excellent. Somehow we over-ordered on wall tiles for the kitchen, we took the wall area measurements with us when we bought in October. We had to wait for our tiler who came this week. Straightaway, he said we had far too many boxes of tiles for the job. We called County Tiles and spoke to Dave, who was excellent, we returned all the complete boxes for a refund with no 'handling charges'. Thank you Dave, very happy.”
