Saw Elliot the manager in store, had a few questions and he didn?t even have to think about the answers. He was Knowledgeable, attentive and brightened up my day. A quick visit with the best service I have received in a long time. This guy is a legend, an asset to the company and a pure diamond in the rough!

My gf bought a voucher on Friday lunch from Tesco. The payg automaton said network was down until late Sunday.Went to Three Shop in Old George Mall Saturday morning for them to apply credit, they couldn't and would give a refund.Unacceptable failure. Actively boycotting Three now.

Avoid like the plague, told my number would be swapped to a new contract, now being told it can?t be done !! Now stuck with a contract I do not want .Been with 3 for 12 years. Obviously not a valued customer so I?m off and will be taking it to Ofcom??. Think you can miss sale and get away with it ??
