It's hard to know where to start but the owners and staff are a good place to start. Extremely friendly and personable, attentive without being overbearing and they make you feel comfortable immediately. I was traveling from the USA and ended up with car trouble. It was 9pm at night and the lovely woman I spoke with at the front desk was able to find me a room.
