  I've tried twice to telephone a query, but have had no return contact and latest effort was just cut off. Not finding this at all helpful. Will have to try a different charity to see if they are more helpful. Not a good look.

  firstly the people are really nice & they make you feel comfortable whilst waiting on receiving your food. They make u a tea or coffee which is pretty cool & unexpected. they try to accommodate your needs such as having any alergies etc. They make it pleasant under such dire circumstances
