Some of the staff lovely but only a couple .... the extremely rude ones have been around a while and really do not want to serve and have zero customer service skills. Its a shame really..... if you hate your job that much ..... move on

Extremely rude member of staff today irritated that she was asked to serve a customer with a postal matter at 11.30 am. Perhaps customer service work is not the right job for you, if diplomacy is inaccessible. If the co-op are interested I have her name, but won't publicise it here. I'm sure this unhelpful person knows who she is.Her colleague was visibly nervous about asking her to serve.

Bakery not open until 9am after everyone has gone to work, sometimes not even open. Sandwiches minimally stocked. Good point is the meal deal value is not bad.

Had great service from the lady behind the till this afternoon. The wrap I selected was not on the meal deal, she noticed this and informed me of this before giving me the total (which was double the meal deal price), and asked me if I wanted to swap it for something else, which I did. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Only shop at co op....buys my ciggs there...always £9.40 in all co ops i go to.... but not in shrewton....they feel the need to add on an extra 30p to line there pockets obv........ shame on o op in shrewton...... will not b spending money there again....avoid it like covid.......hate money grabbers.... must be managers descretion, he must get some of the profit.... i will b contacting co op head office to see if this is allowed.

Great service from the lad behind the till! It was a very well kept, nice and clean shop! Great deals too. 4 burgers and 4 Stella unfiltered beers for £4! Absolute bargain! And then the freezers with homemade ready meals was a breath of fresh air compared to your regular ready meals. All sorts from seafood dishes to regular British dishes to Indian cuisine, Chinese and then the rest. Meals for 1, 2 and 4. Those freezers alone are worth the visit! I highly recommend!

The shop itself is fine, always stocked.Just wonder why the staff never say Hi ?. They seem to need some customer service training in greeting people (even when they aren?t regulars)

Shame there is no other choice in Shrewton. Staff are rude, self service till clashes with post office till.
