Some of the staff lovely but only a couple .... the extremely rude ones have been around a while and really do not want to serve and have zero customer service skills. Its a shame really..... if you hate your job that much ..... move on

Extremely rude member of staff today irritated that she was asked to serve a customer with a postal matter at 11.30 am. Perhaps customer service work is not the right job for you, if diplomacy is inaccessible. If the co-op are interested I have her name, but won't publicise it here. I'm sure this unhelpful person knows...
