Used to be a cracking shop but recent ?upgrades? in the name of energy efficiency are utterly ludicrous. This does not work, the outside of the fridges and freezers are all misted up with condensation so customers cannot see in, in turn they then open all of them to see what?s inside. Don?t get me started on the new layout. I can only assume this was designed at a management social and everyone was off their face.

Very disappointed with the baby changing facilities here especially those by the cafe. The nappy bins were overflowing, dirty, and covered in poo with flies around them, completely unhygienic. This store is a good halfway stop to Dorset, but I won?t be visiting again unless the baby change facilities are cleaned up. There?s no direct number to reach the store?s customer service desk, so it?s impossible to raise a complaint. Management need to take this feedback seriously and ensure the baby changing facilities are cleaned and monitored.

Just had the most unpleasant shopping experience, the security guard on duty at 8am 16th of August came and stood right next to me and the proceeded to make me feel extremely uncomfortable. In front of the rest of the queue of people he kept asking the girl at the lottery kiosk if I was the man in the photo on his phone. Very embarrassing I will not be going back

To keep it bried 2 main tills open. Wemt to self service checkout. Constantly asking for assistance. I abomed £120 worth of shopping as it it shouldn't takes an hour to self scan. No staff. Refurbishment is awful door opening coolers which immediately reduces isle space. On plus side saved a few quid.

Closing at 9pm every night from May to August. Refurbishment taking far too long, messy store during daytime and new layout rubbish, really don't see the improvement after such a long time shutting early. Nice helpful staff, that's about it.

Very stressful, they are reorganising but it?s a joke, or at least it became one with my husband and me. ?What wouldn?t you put it next to? Oh that?s where it will be then. ? Left the store because if you make it difficult for me, I?ll shop elsewhere.

Hardly a Tesco Extra when for it now closes at 9pm. So glad there?s Aldi.

Tesco Cafe.
Went for a bite to eat at the Tesco Cafe.
I chose a slice of Marble Cake with a side little pot of Pistachio sauce to dip the cake in. I recommend cutting the cake into smallish cubes then dipping the cubes of cake in the pistachio sauce . Then eating ? Yummy.
I will be back for more.Another day.It is obviously popular as it was the last piece of Marble cake &pistachio sauce.
The Marble cake was Nice &moist too.
Nice to have something different to eat.

Had a late night shop Agnes was amazing very helpful was working all by herself & very efficient assisting all customers even assisted with heavy bags and was very cheerful even at 10:30 pm she definitely deserves some appreciation ??

No less than 5 staff at the basket self service. 1 till open, scan as you shop shut, trolly self scan shut at one point 6 full trolleys at the one till. Absolutely disgraceful.
