Went on a Saturday morning to do my weekly shop. No trolleys outside and only 1 inside the store! No higher management available.
Same food as always, no new lines!
Not happy.

If you hire elderly people make sure suitable roles are assigned, making an elderly lady stand at the customer service desk, managing till and the whoosh deliveries is hectic and when that old lady you hired is a racist karen, it'd impact the customer experience! Also get a manager/shift leader with basic leadership qualities and customer etiquettes, never in any tesco I felt the staff to be racist, this one they're atleast filled with prejudice! Staff sucks, especially the managers! Can see that in the attitude, and btw the complaint reference is 3741210

One of the larger Tescos I've been to. Large range of choices, and a lot of things are rather cheap like the alcohol.

Rude staff that followed me around the store with no explanation. When I asked to speak to the manager she was equally rude and offensive. Avoid at all costs.

Nicer supermarket in the heart of Salisbury. You can do your shopping quickly here. A wide range is also offered. As in all supermarkets, the self-service checkouts are not the best. Maybe install more modern ones
