I would like to say a big thank you to Charlotte B for all her help today. My holiday currency had not been delivered to the store as indicated in my email. Charlotte made telephone calls to find out what was happening, kept me informed and finally my currency arrived. Excellent service.

Went on a Saturday morning to do my weekly shop. No trolleys outside and only 1 inside the store! No higher management available. Same food as always, no new lines! Not happy.
