got in a car accident. waited at the walk in clinic for a while for them to prescribe me some medication. phoned up to say id be there at 8. she said shed see me at 8. got there at 8 on the dot. the lady was so rude to me, bear in mind im in imense pain. dont think she knows what empathy is. i was there at 8 on the dot but 'the lights are off' so she cant spend 1 extra minute of her day making someones night bearable. she also was serving a customer just before me. so cant have closed everything down. damn right rude.

Unhelpful staff. Have bought Gaviscon advance from here previously but wouldn't sell me the dispensing pack, maybe I should of requested that they prescribed through an actual appointment taking up services or visit my doctor for a prescription - taking up time and services. Thought you could use the pharmacy instead of visiting your doctor. I have bought elsewhere now but wouldn't recommend this pharmacy.

Felt sorry for pharmacist on Friday 7/7. Colleague had overslept and he was on his own. Long queue and just him. He coped, politely and professionally despite obvious stress.

Helpful on the phones, tend to have things in stock, open late. Only downside is there is sometimes a bit of a long queue but that's probably down to the time of day I visit

I was disappointed today when I went to Tescos pharmacy in Salisbury to get penicillin for my son who has strep A. The pharmacist told me they had none and when I asked if she could help me source some or what I should do next basically laughed. She wasn?t taking the situation seriously - my son is ill - I?m worried - I can?t get hold of the penicillin I need - I need sensible suggestions and empathy not someone acting like, this is not my problem it?s hilarious you even asked me to help you

Appalling pharmacy. Closed unannounced on a Saturday for an hour fro. 2-3pm. Long queue when it reopened. Trying to pick up prescription drugs when feeling ill. Elderly customers left waiting for over an hour.Pathetic. Avoid if you can
