got in a car accident. waited at the walk in clinic for a while for them to prescribe me some medication. phoned up to say id be there at 8. she said shed see me at 8. got there at 8 on the dot. the lady was so rude to me, bear in mind im in imense pain. dont think she knows what empathy is. i was there at 8 on the dot... read full comment
