This service is utterly incompetent. My daughter attempted to purchase a lip gloss and a can of mineral water for me. The assistant refused to sell her the water because she was under 16. When I inquired about this, the assistant claimed it was an energy drink. It was not, and there was no indication on the can that it was. I found the entire situation peculiar, but it is essential to be more professional and knowledgeable about the products.

Would not give me a refund despite claiming 100% happiness guaranteed because it was not in a saleable condition yet I have returned a similar item in the past at a different store no problem

Good sized store, always tidy and well stocked. Just couldn?t believe the blonde lady with a fringe on the till today, no hello, even though I said hello, didn?t say how much & didn?t say thank you as I did. Basic customer service training needed!

This is the smaller of two Superdrug stores in Salisbury; the larger one is in the Old George Mall. This one is in the Maltings and does not have a pharmacy. Good selection of toiletries and make-up.
