We go to subway quite a lot. And the food never disappoints. However the staff where quite rude. They where hiding out the back and took ages to come and serve us. And then he tried to use a knife for my veggie sandwich that he has just used on my partners meat sandwich (I politely asked him to use a different knife but was even unsure that hadnt been used on meat) over all the food was yummy. The store was clean but I felt the staff could use a bit more training.

Incapable of cutting a sandwich in half, incapable of reading a receipt and incapable of serving fresh bread, it's always stale. A wholey incapable store.

My colleague got me a sandwich today. Showed the message at the counter and it was made incorrectly. I went back into the store requesting the sandwich exchanged. The staff not the manager shrugged their shoulders. Explained they didn?t get it wrong.
It?s not like the staff own the products. I was annoyed!! So, I put the sandwich in the bin and said to the manager I will never come back in here. I have been going to subway in Salisbury for 17 years. Long before they moved to their new location. Spent probably thousands of pounds and to be treated like that!! Disgusting

Rude workers
I work in the cross keys shopping centre and we don?t have a toilet,
I got told by one of the other employees that I could use it as I please because there?s no where else to go and today even though I was going to buy food aswell!! They turned around and said I couldn?t use their toilet
Toilet is dirty, shop floor is dirty, workers not washing hands after picking things off the floor
I wanted to speak to a manager but she wouldn?t let me

Disgusting place, staff are slow and under trained. They give out smaller portions then you would get in prison and the seats are too dirty to sit on. I expected better from such a big franchisem definitely would advise avoiding at every opportunity p.s I'm still hungry

Can?t fault the service at all! Same man and woman that serve me everytime ( don?t know there names! Sorry?) but always make friendly conversation and great people overall! They know me well for leaving my wallet there one time and I can?t thank them enough for keeping it and returning it to me when I came in panicking?
