I used David Clay from St Barts as my mortgage broker and I can't recommend him enough.After not getting anywhere with several other brokers David gave me excellent advice on how to get everything in order, he didn't rush anything and always had time to help. Eventually, I ended up getting a mortgage at a level I didn't anticipate was possible.Having worked in the property industry across London, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Surrey over the last 8 years I have dealt with several brokers and David is without doubt of the highest calibre.
