Honestly disapointing , they mantain all their products exept for the ones in the basketball selection . I have waited weeks for them to restock to no avail . i asked the staff if they have ran out and are just waiting for a new delivery, but it turns out they have plenty in the back and are just to lazy to put them on display. And on they rare occasion when they do have some basketballs in stock , they are kept in an appalling condition , scratches on them , sticky and on one time i found some BROWN SLUDGE wiped on a Lakers size 3 basketball [ this genuainly made me want to vomit] . WOULD NOT RECOMEND . 0/10

Awful. Just awful. I was in here beginning of the year and it was very clean, great service staff wanted to help, unfortunately Nobody cared when I came in on Tuesday. Awful from start to finish.

2nd time came in as a customer and its like staff don't know what service means like I wasn't approached they were stood around chatting I enquired about a product I did get some shoes in the end but the colleague who served me was blunt and not attentive I wasn't offered a bag either which I thought was a product focus nor have a nice day or thank you.
Like this seems to be a common occurrence

Absolutely shocking from the state of the store to the most appalling customer service ever.....1 girl on the tills when there was to lads down the far end of the store just chatting....very bad experience in a shop that once use to be great....

Went in to buy some trainers after hanging around for 10 minutes for someone to help me I gave up, went on my phone and ordered the same trainers from a different retailer. Crap service

We went into the shops today wed 27th August. I was looking for a pair of trousers the young man called Aston as amazing very polite, caring and helpful with all our questions and help look for different types of trainers. So thank you very much.

The customer service we received this evening was awful! From employees using foul language on the shop floor. To the lack of common sense of cashiers behind the till. Even when asking for a manager to talk to, the ?manager? we spoke to had a ?don?t really care attitude?.

Customer service from the assistant manager at the Salisbury store was shocking . Went to get a shirt printed after visiting numerous stores, who did not have all the letters. Clearly stating all over the shop that they did 'shirt printing in store ' I was turned away due to apparently them not being able to put it on the till. I was informed this was a Sports Direct wide situation. However due to visiting the other stores I knew this was not the case and it felt as if they just did not want to be of assistance. After ringing Ringwood road they informed me they could print shirts . Very thankful for Aaron at Ringwood Road but disgusted in the Assistant managers work ethic at Salisbury.

Not only did we find everything we wanted at good prices but I left my bag in the store and didn?t realise. One of the supervisors, Aurel went out of his way to get in contact with me to let me know and it was kept safe for me to collect the next day when I collected it from the manager, Craig who was really lovely about it. Thank you!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would! I returned an order begging on December, received a confirmation of return email on the 11th Dec, I still have not received my refund and now you have sent the good back to me! What is going on!? Iv contacted you via email, many times and still have no resolution and now you are not replying. This is beyond ridiculous and is very unfair. You accepted my return, so why have you now sent my goods my to me and not refunded me! I am not paying to return these items back to you AGAIN. I would like my refund! Order number SD40000105475780

Unfortunately football boots availability and choices are not amazing. I Like to avoid ordering online due to the cost if they don't fit and we have to return it or if they are damaged they won't take it back. Its definitely a funny store.
