Brilliant that they managed to get me in quick as I needed a prescription in order to get lenses for a dive mask. I decided to get new glasses at the same time. The glasses looked nice although I didn?t really get much input from staff.
However glasses were not useable as they had given me the wrong prescription.
I had to go back and have another chat with the optician who discovered that the lenses were wrong. I now have to wait for the glasses to have the right prescription lens pit in. I will also have to spend more time having to collect them. I am concerned that the prescription sent to the dive mask company is wrong! This cost £200 and will pay probably be no good! I will contact spec savers if this is the case and hope for some reimbursement!
The positive outcome is that they have amended the order for my glasses and apologised that some elements of the prescription had not been explained to me. I needed an intermediate lens.
They were quick and efficient in amending and I am waiting for my new glasses. Overall this is the second time I have used specsavers and I don?t think I will use them again if my mask prescription is wrong!

Fantastic Service and friendly staff., I arrived a little early for my appointment, and the staff was able to fit me in. The test and choice of my new pair of glasses was in record time. I had time to still explore Salisbury and grab lunch. I would recommend the Salisbury branch of Specsavers.

I came in for a hearing test and was quite nervous as I am Autistic. However, I was very impressed with how considerate and polite they were which put me at ease. All members of staff that I saw were kind and comforting whilst still remaining professional.
The only (very minor) complaint I have is that I had difficulty finding the waiting room as it is not visible/around a corner (I was told it was ?down the end? but as I couldn?t see it I didn?t know it was there at all). I am disabled (and specifically struggle with this sort of thing) so most people probably wouldn?t have an issue. Maybe could do with a sign pointing around the corner.
Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the service and atmosphere and definitely recommend going here for a hearing test.

Really great service at this store. I even commented whilst I was there. We had 6 appointments over a period of 2 weeks, myself and two teens and every visit was the same. Welcoming, personable, professional. The staff really were that nice. Won't be changing my opticians again. Great stuff!!!
