I just wanted to give a hug shout out to Rebecca. My husband and I were really struggling to find a car seat which would work in my car and his van. Rebecca was hugely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. She even came outside to show us how to fit it. If we ever need anything else we will certainly be back and asking for her.

Very rude staff. And only allowed small dogs in for some bizzare reason. When I told the door staff it says dog friendly he thought this was funny, laughed at me then dismissed me. What you get for hiring idiots

Came into the Salisbury store today to purchase Christmas gifts for my kids and I was refused sale of these 2 items because I was apparently ?just in the store with my mate that had been refused a sale for whatever reasoning..I have no clear idea of whom this friend could have been!!I feel like I was severally miss treated and verbally assault by the members of staffAidenAnd whoever was watching all of this rather than try and give a positive idea to the situation.Will not recommend to anyone wanting to visit or purchase anything from salisburys storeAlso very confused to why they would not let me purchase their item they have for sale on their shelf?s?I think there is defitenly a bit of In store staff profiting off the business and what items you sell to ? customers ? and the ones you want to keep for yourself when you get off shift.

We visited the Salisbury store on Sunday 23rd October, with the intention of buying a baby travel system, and were extremely pleased with the service we got from Sophie. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to demonstrate how to assemble the systems thoroughly, and answer any questions we had. She is a credit to Smyth's Toys.Thank you Sophie.

Absolutely digusted by the poor customer service at this store. Not only was I ignored to begin with, I was then greeted by an unenthusiastic member of staff who Needless to say was incredibly unhelpful. A toy shop should be a fun and customers should greeted with outstanding customer service not a grunt! Come on Smyths buck your ideas up!!!

a store for kids with parents, no single parking bay to unload buggy and take the kid out. Plenty of empty bays for disabled people (with all my respect to then) but who's shopping from you?Parent and child parking bay available at least 100 meters away

To be honest this store was very busy I did not like it very much at all. I was after Pokémon figures to go with my Pokémon toy collection but they didn't have many varieties and I found there stuff very overpriced for what it is and very flimsy witch means cheap plastic That can break easily. I did buy a Pokemon puzzle and a Autistic fidget toy to help my autism but when I got home the paint work started coming off it so I just threw it in the bin. But I love the Pokémon puzzle. I won't be buying any of there stuff again. Toys R Us was cheaper. I wish they could bring Toys R Us back instead of this store. They only had one person serving at a till and we have to call her over for us to get served. I won't be returning to this store again I should just stick to (EBay) and (Amazon) and that's it. Hopefully Toys R Us will be back one day

I went into Smyths for a baby swing for our 12 day old suffering from reflux. After a video chat with my partner I was left with 2 choices. I found Sophie (baby expert). She spent a good half hour with me, talking through the pros and cons and delving through reviews online to ensure this swing fitted our needs and could help with our little ones reflux.I left with the perfect swing and it's helped our little one incredibly.Sophie was really helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Credit to Smyths.

A big shout out to Keong, second time in the last 6 months that he has given us his time and expertise. Not being a gamer it?s difficult to know where to start when buying products for my sons XBox. Nothing is too much trouble, honest and great impartial advice. Really friendly team which is why we make the 50 mile round trip. Shocking customer service.my other half ordered a game for our son for ps4 collection an was told she needed photo id to collect.as she didn't have any would have to collect in 3 days...service is 3rd world an will never use again.1 star given as I had to else it would of been minus....absolutely shocking service
