Its been been third time, i went there for Ev charging and they dont allow to charge after 9pm with different excuses, where as they says its 24 hours on their websites and everywhere i was on my least charge today and the employee told that manager says to close the Ev chargers at 9pm. This is makes no sense to me.

Large European lady who works the evening is rude and unhelpful to anyone with a disability. Avoid this petrol station if you value customer service.

No bad with the usual facilities you would expect. Toilets were out of service on this visit so we decided to not buy any drinks due to this .

the staff there don't know how to behave with customers, they didn't give me the voucher with double points, it came out of the machine and I put it away, it's a shame that shell is managed by such people

What an amazing experience. Specially I went at night got served from window and the guy at window was amazing and very friendly. Kept smiling and asked for anything more. Wide range of fresh products are available. Doesn't matter if the main door closes. U get whatever u need from window. Keep it up guys ?
