A personality for service does not exist here. With a company motto that would appear to be "shhhhh we don't care" you can guarantee to enter in silence and leave with only the specifics of your order being spoken.

Always very busy here but the staff always make you feel welcome! Lovely shakes and lovely staff my kids love it here!

We have visited here several times in the last year with our young daughter.
Each time, we have been served by the most sullen, passive aggressive people who seem to like to go out their way to be extremely unhelpful.
The milkshakes are overpriced but I would happily see past that if the service wasn't appalling.
We have given them several chances now but we will definitely not be returning.
Do not bring your kids here as they will be confronted by a load of miserable women who need to find jobs that are not in the service industry.

My 5 year old was excited about coming here today. The lady who served him completely killed his enthusiasm. Would nearly respond to him when he asked her questions and just kept asking him to look at the menu on the table. No eye contact, smile, or acknowledgement. And £5.50 for a kids size milkshake (vanilla ice cream, milk, and whipped cream). Won't be returning.

Wish I read the reviews before going. As mentioned in other reviews the woman with reddish hair is extremely rude and would rather stand gossiping about customers than providing customer service. When ordering my drink I was told they ran out of one of the toppings which was fine, I then asked if I could have an equivalent topping and I was bluntly told an additional topping is an extra charge repeatedly. a simple no would?ve sufficed.

Re: The last comment from Lucy. I was in fact the other customer the day in question. And I did not hear any staff speaking bluntly to her. She asked for Kale and was politely and apologetically told they did not have any. An alternative was offered but the price would reflect the item! If anything she was abrupt!

Came in 20 mins before closing, was only greeted with death stares. Very unwelcoming staff. They were obviously very angry of me coming in close to closing because I left with half a drink even though I paid for a large. Carried on their own conversation during talking to me?

Just the rudest lady at the till, gingery hair and glasses. She's not suited to front line customer service. Spoke rudely to my children. Only hung around in there because I'd already ordered and paid. What I thought would be relatively healthy alternatives to shakes were outrageously priced for what there were and made my children hyperactive for the following hour and a bit..... needless to say we won't ever return. A far nicer and beneficial shop should have their unit.??

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to after my visit today. Was greeted with happy and enthusiastic staff and even though they were super busy they managed to make me feel like I was the only one in the room. I didn't catch her name, but the short girl that served me deserves my thank you for making my day that bit brighter.

I was buying today an Issy milkshake just before closing hours in Salisbury and asked the lady not to add whipped cream to the shake. She said it is not possible. 2 minutes later I saw her colleague was preparing my milkshake and taking a whipped cream tube and put whipped cream on the top. I asked her why is it not possible not to add the whipped cream if I don?t want it. She said she can not separate the fruits?and simply it is not possible? I told her I am paying the full price no problem. She said it is still not possible.. the milkshake was too sickly for me so I had to throw it away after couple of sips?

Went twice this month, I was not served the shake whenever I ordered for milkshake staff ask me to wait for 10 min to serve me, this happened twice with me, very disappointed there was no rush in the store. I left the store I feel the staff was not happy, poor customer service
