Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the manager and staff in the Salisbury store. Had a few problems with my steve madden trainers breaking over the last year and they've been fantastic. So helpful, even helping through the struggles of finding our lost receipt. Great customer service every time, always smiling and welcoming when we walk in to store. The store is also always immaculate and looking great and has a good selection of shoes.

I went to the store, there were two staff girls standing and welcoming everyone but ignored me, I asked one of the staff is there no wifi here, I wanted to see the shoes I was looking for. She didn?t even answer me and left. Thank you SCHUH for the bad day .

Just bought a great pair of shoes and the staff were amazing! Was served by Lewis and he was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect boots!!

They don't have enough of the types of shoes I like, so would be unfair to deduct stars. On a plus point the very nice lady was able to kindly look up some very nice sparkly jelly shoes for me that were needed for my holiday. Salisbury branch. Thank you very much.

Good quality and value for money. Excelen service from the chap in-store who was knowledgeable and helpful. No stock in-store so paid and ordered for free fast home delivery. Really pleased with the shoes. Well done schuh
