I ordered a lamb kebab what arrived on my door step was disgusting for the money I paid I got nothing. Just about 3 strands of meat which was cold and very undercooked chips which were cold DIscusting!!!

On just eat app got told was buy one get one free on pizza. The app wouldn't do the offer. Called the take away directly they said the it wasn't buy one get one free, but was buy one get one half price on pizza. I called back few mins later after getting everyone's orders. Put the order in and said I'll collect and wasn't given a price. So I call back and ask for price and they were trying to charge me full price. I said no the offer on the app is "buy one get one free" and then you told me it was "buy one get one half price"
They refused the offer and I requested my order was cancelled. They got extremely unhappy with the this kept tutting at me on the phone and then hung up.
I then check the app again and the offer was still up. Also checking food hygiene rating is 1 out of 5. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to be treated badly.

Got to have been the worst mixed kebab and chips I've ever had. Doner meat was all bits that were burnt and hard, hardly any chips or salad. Avoid at all costs. Also was stone

We have had two kebab deliveries chicken and shish, spaced out over 3mths and both times we have really enjoyed the quality of the food and the amount of meat, the quick delivery service, the salad is crisp and fresh. So from now on Saray will be our first choice for kebab delivery.
