I visited Ryman in salisbury today for the first time and when I came in I was overwhelmed with so much stuff the they have, but Toby the supervisor on duty help with my ink needs and the right paper. I highly recommend this place. Very good quality inks and amazing staff. Thank you so much

Manager Steve couldn?t have been more helpful with printing task, and the end product is outstanding with crisp, clear colour printing beautifully bound and at a very reasonable price, will definitely use again!

Amazing customer service during a visit recent. I believe the staff member?s name is Steve, although I apologise if I have got this wrong! The store was fairly busy with customers in and out but Steve took the time to help me print my ?best man? speech on to some card. Not only this but only charged me for the use of the printer, not the card, as a kind gesture due to it being a best man speech. Steve was very friendly and helpful throughout.

I had terrific service from Steve, the new manager at Rymans Salisbury. He truly went above and beyond to help produce, at extreme short notice, 16 copies of a 56 page colour pamphlet with cover and ring binding. The final product was superb quality at a very competitive price, produced with fantastic friendly service. Our event couldn?t have taken place without Steve?s help and support. The shop has obviously had a much needed injection of energy with refreshed stock and range of printing services, I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend that you check this gem out for any of your stationery needs.

Just went in to get some scanning done. It was 11 documents in total with four images on each page. All of the images on the left and on the bottom of the document had been cut off because the staff member had placed them all (44 in total) outside of the scanning area. When I rang up to tell him, he didn't even apologise and told me that it's very difficult to tell if they are placed correctly. I explained to him that it wasn't. All he had to do was line them up according to the guides around the edge. But if it was something he found difficult, he should have checked on his screen before emailing them to me and charging me for them. He didn't even apologise and just told me to come back. Awful. I also tried to ask him about card gsm that would go through their printer. He showed me a number of examples, including ones that were too thick for the printer. When I asked him if they would go through the printer he said no. Felt like I was going mad at that point. Why was he showing me card that wouldn't work in the printer? Lord only knows. Won't be going back again. My conclusion is that the staff don't know how to use the equipment so they can't advertise that they offer a scanning service.

I have to take the time to write to you about one off your very helpful staff members. His name is Sam . I had bought a sumup cc machine , but couldn?t make it work. Without his help and patience, I would have not managed. Sam is a fantastic example, that help from a friendly , patience HUMAN , who helps you in the shop.. is worth the money spend .
