Pre booked table 7, the table wasn't ready on arrival. Staff were unfriendly, menus thrown in a heap on the table. Large party so wanted to split the bill by item, staff disputed payment and attempted to overcharge. Even when they admitted fault they weren't apologetic and didn't offer to refund the difference. Otherwise the food was good. Shame about the service.

Booked table 4 weeks out! Ended up sat in some back room that had zero atmosphere!
Food was good.
Service was absolutely shocking. GF menu had no pasta, which is 50% of the menu.
When I asked I just got a rude response as in ?what you want me to do about it ? rude!
Starter was wrong not what we ordered.
Main was wrong not what I ordered..
I?ve been to loads of different Prezzos all around the country! This one is by far the worst! Never again!

Service, atmosphere, food was excellent. Watch out for price of wines though. We bought a carafe of wine, 500ml for £21, works out at £10.50p for each 250ml glass. Now that is what we called expensive.
