I am a Regular in Pret I love it my favourite place .The staff are so friendly And kind .And always so nice ?. Fabulous every time. I have my Lunch in there when I am at work .And get Deliveroo .Great Coffee and Pastries and Just 5 stars ? ?

Friendly and helpful ?......changed my mind and have to agree ..on route to bankruptcy, it used to open till 6:30 pm, now shuts at 4:30 pm , I'll go somewhere which I did today , goodbye.couldnt give a star for food , didn't get a chance to eat there , I'd become unwell at the point of trying to get service but went somewhere else where they did notice , and i had to ring my GP...I couldn't press the pay machine ( card not accepted on tapping ) turns out its serious , still , considering pret was practically empty with two staff . I go to another pret who are lovely, worth paying for . Never had a response from this pret .

I have been coming to Salisbury Pret for 4 years now. The service is second to non.
I don?t even have to tell them my order they just know it & from a chain like Pret they are still delivering on the personal touches.
Everyone is so friendly & chatty.
We also had to try the autumn muffin & pasty the cinnamon crown is so nice, the cinnamon paste on the inside with the pasty is just insane. & the spice apple & pecan muffin was so tasty! Deffo my fav from the counter.

Always great service, staff are very polite and helpful and most of all willing to help if you don?t know what you like for first time coffee goers. Food is always great I eat here all the time hot food and pastries. Keep up the great work guys ??
