Today i have a bad experience from one of the Lady staff in Poundland Salisbury as i was taking some clothes for our child, depends on the brand, there is size difference come out; therefore i left some clothes after we checked, i fold it back as much as i can, hang the clothes back as well. After we selected the clothes, she come forward to check & show very bad expression with her face & mannerless body language with irritable voice, while she arrange clothes as per their policy. I think If she don't want to do her job then why she is working there with her misbehavior. As i am a regular customers i felt very bad even my child as well. Otherthan today experience, all good.

Today I went to shopping andat the till was a older woman,blonde hair and short who served me.She didn't say hi,or if I want the recipe nothing!Therfore I didn't say anything to her either.After my shopping she was talking to another customer that I have no manners. If you want the customer to apply their manners you'll have to apply them too.It is not the first time when she is doing this!?
