I ve been to the shop twice now to order and collect and both times I ve had staff approach me to make sure they can help and also had a conversation with them all. In this day and age it’s unheard of to get this level of service, normally get ignored in most shops when spending much more £££ Wish I could give you guys 6* and I hope your boss sees this and make sure he is giving you a good Christmas party ! Friendly helpful staff and a good range of affordable outdoor clothing, footwear, gear etc. You probably won't find the high end brands but you are not paying the high prices either. I'd say they are aiming to provide reasonably priced stuff for the average family and not "professional "outdoor climbers/ hikers/ cyclists. Bargains to be found if you choose carefully. If you want to spend a night on the summit of Ben Nevis - then go to Blacks or Ellis Brighams. Go in and have a look around.”
