I am visiting from abroad and needed a Sim card with data to use while out and about. Popped into this store to be greeted by Chris. A friendly guy, knew his stuff and was very polite and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a nicer member of staff to help me. He found exactly what I needed straight away and I paid up. Excellent and friendly service. Thank you

I'm a 72yr old pensioner and not very good with mobile phone tech im afraid ,and couldn't seem to get my O2 rewards (£1-50p) So went into Salisbury O2 shop for some help asked if they could help. The young man said he couldn't help me as he only did contracts and sold phones ect .I said but your a O2 shop surely you should try to help me as I'm not very clever with mobile phones and I'm probably doing something wrong. I was then accused of being disrespectful I couldn't believe it , I admit I was annoyed but certainly not disrespectful. It seems they only want your money and don't have time to give any after sales help. Disgraceful !!

Went in today, only 2 staff, 1 member on the front and 1 to serve customers !? I look over he is free, the guy on the front says I will txt you when he is free !? Ok can I have a time ? I dont know he says cant give a time !? Why the need for this person on the front !? Surely both can serve customers !? This is the only shop doing this, before Covid is used as an excuse, havnt got hours to spare and able to bend around O2, poor customer service

Got a new phone last Saturday and I have to say the man that served us was so helpful and really friendly! So good both me and my partner both got new phones the same day!

Staff can't help with anything in the shop unless you want to take a contract out, funny thing is if u have a problem with o2 service or about your bill or if you're already a customer, you get told to ring a number which is voice activated, or you can't get to speak to a real human, but if you want to spend money they are happy to help ??????,

Shame it's not possible to give 0 stars... what a dreadful shop. So O2 claims to be number one for customer service? Maybe in Outer Mongolia... but not a patch on the lovely Accessory Depot phone shop just around the corner. When someone could finally be bothered to come out from the back of the shop to see what i wanted he really wasn't interested; he told me he was in sales and didn't know anything technical. I bought a new OnePlus 5 just a few weeks ago (a fairly large capital outlay) and had a software issue - he just kept repeating that the tech guru was on holiday , which, he stressed, was a legal requirement as employees have to have days off and holiday too... duh. Or he could send my phone away for repairs. "Those are the options", he said. Really? So either way he was happy to tell me they could do absolutely nothing for about 10 days. My chosen option was to leave the store and go find somewhere that knew about customer service.... Try Accessory Depot on Catherine St instead, much more competent, professional and friendly. I honestly hope to never have to go to O2 again.
