As disabled customer I find it very difficult but they're cash point machines are only in the George ml there is no cash point in New canal... Very difficult special parking for disabled right there and yet there's no cash point for them to be able to withdraw any money or pay any in and it's too far to go round up New canal down high Street enter st. George weather is to ... There should be one in the New canal not just for the disabled customers but for all to use...But stuff inside nationwide are always helpful and courteous ...On my last visit I was the last customer and as I went to go out to my car was informed that door was locked and I had to go the long way round but then the lady saw that I was on two sticks so went and open the door into the canal for my car right outside outside the doors ...

I went in on Saturday the 4th of September 2021 and all the staff was very polite and helpful. David was very helpful especially as he helped me open my account with them.Well done to all the staff at nationwide Salisbury karl.

Fantastic service. Me and my wife went in on Saturday 30th Nov in the morning and were promptly helped by a very helpful young lady. We managed to get lots done which we have been trying to sort for almost a year on the phone. We have several accounts and mortgages with Nationwide and have always been impressed by their staff.

Absolutely horrendous. Probably the worst experience I have had at a bank in 22 years as a solicitor. In total contrast to Handelsbanken ? with whom my dealings at the same time were completely different. On numerous different touch points, Nationwide were unhelpful, without the slightest hint of common sense, pedantic, incorrect and with no idea of customer service. Wasted a lot of my time and quite unnecessarily cost our client a considerable amount of cash. All of which was easily avoidable.Exactly the opposite of Handelsbanken who were practical, helpful, efficient and very customer focused. In fact the branch service at Nationwide in Salisbury was so bad that I was left wishing I had to deal with an online system or even a CallCenter ? at least they would understand the Building Society?s own rules and systems!

A really friendly and helpful branch, they always go out of their way to help and be courteous. Never had a single problem here, only assistance. My account is in another town but they treat me as if it was based here. I can only recommend this Building Society for its efficiency and customer service.

No queues, and served by a lovely warm, and friendly member of staff to carry out the transaction i requested, very impressed!
