We didn't actually end up eating. I phoned the day before (Friday for Saturday) to book a table for my daughters 11th birthday with friends. There would've been 9 of us. I was told they were not taking bookings and to turn up on the day. We did that to be told they could not accommodate us, even though there were plenty of empty tables that we could have used. We were told we should have booked. I informed them I tried and we then left. I'm really unimpressed with the service we received.

Did a short stop in Salisbury on my way to London and decided to have lunch at Nando's. This was my first time having Peri Peri and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend and I got the XL wing platter with corn, broccoli, rice and garlic bread. There are a bunch of sauces at a sauce bar for you to choose from as well. Everything was delicious and service was fast.

Very slow and not great on service. We arrived and ordered about 45 mins before we needed to be somewhere. Food still had not arrived 40 mins after ordering. Staff not very helpful in resolving the food not arriving. Had to cancel order in the end. We went back for takeaway later in evening as we needed to be quick and pre ordered on the Nando?s app (the app said our order will be ready in 20 mins). It took almost 50mins before the order was ready and we were waiting with a small child for a long time. When we opened the food, after leaving, we found that most of the sides were cold but we did not have time to take anything back. The chicken was ok but a little overdone.

i waited an hour for my food and when we asked a lady in red about our food she said she?ll check on it and never came back to us and we still had to wait 20 minutes. food came in wrong orders (starters taking over an hour) and no one got their food at the same time.

I had such a positive experience with Matt! He was incredibly patient and made sure I was able to apply my NHS discount without any hassle.
