I came for a COVID vaccine:
- I was given a friendly greeting on arrival and offered a seat.
- I was called for my appointment 2 minutes early
- I was asked a set of vaccine suitability questions to check it was safe & appropriate
- I was given the vaccine.
The procedure was prompt, professional and polite.

I received both my flu and covid jab at same time, no problem. My appointment was 10.10.
I arrived at 10.00,lots of people with appointments 5 minutes apart. I didn't get my appointment till gone 10.40 and it literally took 3 minutes to get both jabs. Where did the time Go?

Covid booster today at Allied Pharmacy The Strand Goring. Lovely lady did our jabs, so professional, sensitive and considerate. Sadly I can't recall her name bit she was the Supervisor. Whole ambience in the pharmacy was calmness and customer focused

By far the worst pharmacy I've been to! Thankfully not my usual. Staff are rude, abrupt and have a cant be bothered attitude. This was an observation with several customers. I won't use again. Think Lloyd's would be shocked to visit here
