I came for a COVID vaccine: - I was given a friendly greeting on arrival and offered a seat. - I was called for my appointment 2 minutes early - I was asked a set of vaccine suitability questions to check it was safe & appropriate - I was given the vaccine.
The procedure was prompt, professional and polite.
