Absolute liars!!! Do not buy from them!They replaced the damaged toilet lid with the same toilet lid spray painted over the damages, claiming it was new. 1st image of damaged toilet seat, 2nd photo of the same toilet lid but spray painted on top of the damages.Replacement electric lid has been sent to me. I returned it as it had large damages upon receiving. I received an email from Tom stating the following "The seat has been inspected and the marks visible in your photos polished out. We have replaced the seat for a new one anyway for your peace of mind and it will be despatched tomorrow."I received this very seat, which was sent back to me in exact same packaging i sent it back in. The seat was spray painted over the damages, which is very obvious as the finish and the colour of it is completely different from how i initially received it, and sent back to me as a brand new seat.I have been lied to, misled, tricked, fooled. This company is not an honest company. I am expecting to receive a brand new seat replacement from Malasia (which is where it came from initially).I have emailed both of the directors of the company multiple times also, who have failed to respond to me. I am waiting for a response asap. And a proper replacement of the electric seat, without which my 1,5k toilet is not a smart electric toilet, failing to do this i expect my money back in full. For both toilets.I expect this to be dealt with as soon as possible. Disgusted by this service.

Given the cost of the goods( £3250 !) the quality of the materials is very poor. We will have to change multiple fittings obtained from Living house that were bought in October 2018 ( fitted August 2019 ). When I complained they offered selective advice on how to protect the goods ( a bit late retrospectively and no advice on how to rectify issues ! ) and suggested that hard abrasives were the issue ( not the case ). In the interim a superior titanium coated product is now available and I could always buy that was the response ........ Avoid this company, they do not take complaints seriously and goods should last longer than 4 year without needing replacement !

What a pity that my experience was marred by inaccurate advertising of sizes on the website, and in the follow up rude and beligerent after sales service. Not good enough for the standard of product they claim to sell. If you want a good product head somewhere else

Terrible would give zero stars if possible.bought polished tiles for a vestibule floor. 60-70% of the glossy polished tiles were marked from rubbing within the packaging.living house not interested when I raised the problem. even accused me of exaggerating!then accused my team of stacking the damaged tiles wrong (they are damaged!).They then ignored my email requesting to purchase more so I could use what tiles had made it to site scratch free.I now have a pile of sub-base at £80 per square meter.If you like your tiles damaged on delivery this is company for you.

Purchased 2 radiators from living house and was informed that they are unavailable, living house offered to send out an alternative to the radiators.When they arrived on site it was evident that I could have purchased the same radiator elsewhere for a fraction of the cost, Called living house to discuss the matter they were not interested (customer service ?0? ) Do not use this company.

I ordered a brushed stainless steal towel rail with Simon who was very informative and gave me good advise to go with a duel heated radiator rather than an electric. I would highly recommend buying from them as they sell high quality products. I will be buying from them again.

We placed a large order in January. We were informed at the end of February and after delivering some of the items which they had in stock that the shower valve had been discounted and they offered an alternative that didn?t match the rest and we were asked to pay an extra £429.90 for it!!! So that was for their mistake which they also noticed late. In the end they?ve agreed that the balance we had to pay for the odd replacement would be £151.90 plus VAT which we stupidly paid instead of returning everything we had received already. That was in February. We are now in May, very close to 3 months later and the part which is being manufactured in Italy is STILL not ready. We are also owed a refund that we chased several times (last time I chased it wasn?t even acknowledged). I don?t want to hear that it?s their supplier?s fault. I paid Livinghouse and I don?t think they are treating this with the seriousness or urgency that it deserves.And Livinghouse might notice that the google name doesn?t match the one which placed the order - it?s because I would die of embarrassment if anyone recognises my name and reads about how I?ve wasted my time and money.

Would be very wary of purchasing items from this Company. I purchased 2 very expensive sockets that were labelled as luxury glass. When I received them the quality was average in regards a socket of around £20. I asked to return the items and was then told they were non returnable as they were special order. This is in fact true if you read all their conditions but is not clear on their website when ordering special order items. I was then offered to return them with a 40% surcharge. I was not offered an exchange or any other form of assistance.

Followed online fitting instructions for stone bath, it chipped. Then tried their suggestion of using cardboard on floor, it still chipped when tilted to fit the waste. It's a lot of money for something that fails so easily. They've washed their hands of it.
