Used to be great but for some reason these folks have decided to neglect their indoor and outdoor pitch this season. It excessively wet. I and my mates where safety conscious so we wipe the entire indoor with blue roll to take the algae off but even then after a couple flat face to the ground encounter we moved outdoors. Unfortunately after experiencing similar close calls we retreated indoors considering it far manageable. In the end we had to ask for refund because it was not working at all. Please fix it ASAP. Our midweek games are so important to us we need to socialise and spend time with iur mates as well as exercise.

My Dad is 88 and was once a body builder type. He continues to go to the gym more for stamina building and balance. He is still welcomed with open arms and treated with care, dignity, and respect. Very friendly gym with great staff. They do an amazing job.

Great gym. Had never been to the gym before but was made to feel very welcome. Was given an induction and they also worked out an exercise plan to follow. Classes are also really good, I now absolutely love a spin class but lots of other choices to pick from. I would highly recommend!

Much more welcoming place than other big name Gyms! Was welcomed in by the staff, really polite and didn't feel intimidated. Loads of equipment!! Which looked new, clean and well maintained. Looking forward to my next trip. Definitely worth the money compared to over priced other gyms!
