Very Stressful shopping trip. Came in for a list of items, left with about a third of them. Some were missing from the shelves or difficult to find. Refused to buy minced beef in awful vacuum packed blocks. What really made me leave though was inconsiderate staff blocking aisles and the constant ? Bing Bong, till three please noise.? If you make it difficult and stressful for customers, they will shop elsewhere. We are not there for your benefit.

We?re very regular customers and have never seen such rudeness. This happened on Saturday 22nd, around 19:20. It was a lady with blonde hair. We went to the till and it was our turn to pay but the cashier decided to call over the people behind us in front of us without asking or telling us. She then proceeded to have a very bad attitude towards us and often was huffing and puffing at us because we had lots of groceries. She also was giving us lots of side eyes and rude looks, not even saying hi or bye or even being nice and polite at all. This is such a big shame to do this to customers who do their weekly shopping in Lidl.
