I bought a reasonably priced van, Chris was my point of contact. He was pleasant enough and kept me informed on the progress of the preparation of the van before completing the sale. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions.Based on my experience, I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

Highly recommended, I got the car 3 months ago and found an issue in the transmission unit, when I spoke to them; they arranged a courtesy car, a bit old one, until it got repaired. Suddenly I found a close driving test date (I use my International DL); since the courtesy car is a bit old; I spoke to the owner, then he quickly arranged an unregistered car from his fleet to go to the driving test. The owner (Mark) is a very nice person. He allows me to keep that car until my one gets repaired.

Spoke to a service agent who was polite enough. Wouldn't compromise on the price, which is fair enough.I then called again to arrange a viewing to which the agent was insistent that the car is above my budget; though I'm unclear as to how he knew my exact budget. Really poor customer service.Wouldn't recommend

Got a car 4 weeks ago with a supposed full service done but engine has ceased with no warning light on dash and they won't fix under warranty. Ongoing so hopefully I can rewrite a better review soon. UPDATE 21/01/2023. Had independent survey done on engine and turns out they sold me a car knowing it had Headgasket problems. I am hoping the Financial Ombudsman can get my money back from these conmen. 31/01/23. I have just put in application for Ripoff Britain. I refuse to let these cowboys con me and anyone else.

I bought a Volkswagen Golf from this garage and received excellent customer service from Jason. I was very impressed with the price compared to other cars I had test drive at other garages and, I have to say, the car was presented absolutely immaculately- looking almost brand new despite being 8 years old. I also had an issue with the engine light coming on shortly after purchasing- the team were very quick to fix the issue, no questions asked. I would highly recommend this garage for anyone looking to buy a quality used car.
