Would have goven no stars if i could, On numerous occasions have wanted an electrical item that's on the shelf only to be told we don't have the stock, why ???? This included a rice cooker and kettle,Don't you want our money, today same thing happened wanted a slow cooker but surprise surprise NOT in stock, served by a very lardy cashier with a very uninterested couldn't care less attitude who I'm sure mumbled something under her breath as we left store, but we managed to get what we wanted in another store that had exceptional good service, Fortunately we have choices in Salisbury. We certainly will not be recommending this place to our friends ??? when there is way better shops around.

Its THE place to buy kitchen ware... Three floors with steps and a lift. Always a variety of intereresting and affordable items. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have to admit to have been in on more than one occasion looking for one thing or another when I have a hair brained scheme to cook something. I actually like this shop. It has a bright and breezy feel to it along with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, although I think they took pity on me as I clearly had no idea, or so they may have thought. Put it this way, the staff certainly knew their onions, were happy to share the wealth of knowledge and I came away none the worse for wear having ventured over to the dark side. Result!

My mum and nan are always going into Lakeland and can't walk past it without a "quick" browse around the aisles! They are currently collecting useful household items for me as I want to live independently at some point! I am sure I will have the largest collection of Lakeland products in Salisbury at this rate!
