MOT done with them. A timely phone call very soon after. Also fixed a tiny leak in the wheel/tyre that was missed previously. Well run small business with polite staff who are very well tuned in to the car.

Friendly personnel, pricing on market level and the most important, for me, they'd go a step further by even doing a small repair and not mentioning about it. But I knew the issue was there. They didn't charge me for that and they didn't say anything. This said a lot about them for me.The "negative" would be that finding a spot in the very next day is challenging, because they're very busy. I usually found for 4-7 days only.Until now they've been ok and I'll recommend them with this occasion.

I've been using JWR services for the last few years for servicing , mot's etc. and have nothing but praise for them . Fair prices and excellent service .I recently had a MOT and service done, which included new discs and pads , a month later, I noticed a grating sound when turning sharp left, and I went to book my car in for them to look at it, and when I picked it up , a couple of hours later, it was all sorted and done free of charge . Fantastic customer relations. I highly recommend this garage, and the owner ( Jim) is a welcoming and nice guy .

The only place I go for all work that needs doing and mots for years .excellent service.fantastic staff and always helpful in queries I have etc. The wife broke down one day and James was happy to come and help out and get the car going again and followed behind until she got to her destination... ?

As a lady, I've had some garages in the past really try to take me for a ride. On the recommendation of another female friend, I tried JWR about 7 or 8 years ago now, and now I'm the one recommending them. No bells or whistles, a good old fashioned family garage. Jim and Cliff are always friendly and helpful, and never do unnecessary work, as I've had other garages try to talk me into in the past. Honest as the day is long. They've also stayed open during the current Covid situation in order to keep key workers on the road, even when it's been a struggle.
