Home Instead Salisbury and Romsey team is my family, the best l have ever known. The owners, management, office staff and care pros are very professional, friendly, helpful and great to work with.The warm welcome effortlessly made me part of the family from the very first meeting I had with them. The training processes up until going out to meet my first client was excellent and exceptional. I have never felt more confident in myself and l honesty wish I had joined them earlier.I receive a lot of support, encouragement, appreciation and I have never felt so at home.I highly recommend this care company to anyone looking for their services. They treat every client and personnel with love as part of their big family. I am forever grateful to be part of a family which is genuine, empathetic, kind and so caring.

I moved to the Salisbury area last year and decided I wanted a more rewarding career as part of my fresh start. Apart from helping with a relative, I had no experience in senior care, but when I saw an advert for Home Instead about the value of providing companionship, I decided to apply. I was very nervous about my lack of experience, but the whole team was so welcoming and encouraging from Day 1. Even the owner made me a cup of tea! I did lots of in-house and online training and my confidence has been built by managers and other Care Pros frequently pointing out my strengths, providing advice and positive feedback and patiently answering all my questions! There has never been a point where I have felt I couldn't ask for support, or when none was there when I needed it.It felt like it took forever to get started with my first clients but it was worth the wait. I've been working for Home Instead for just a few weeks, but I already feel like I am part of the Home Instead family. I am making a difference and helping my clients remain happy and healthy in their own homes. I love my new job.

I wish I had joined Home Instead Salisbury and Romsey earlier. I've never felt so at home and appreciated. Such a pleasure to work for. They treat every client like family and all the care pros are effortlessly integrated into that family. From the very first meeting I had with them till I had received my training and was ready to go meet my first client, they made me feel confident in myself and they still do.The owners, management and everyone behind the scenes in the office are amazing people. The support they give you is one of a kind. I have never felt like I was on my own when in the field. They go out of their way to make sure we deliver world class care to our clients.

It has been a joy and a pleasure working for Home Instead Salisbury and Romsey. From my very first meeting, to training, to getting set up with clients, I have received a tremendous amount of support and encouragement.What has stood out to me the most however are the hearts of the people that own, manage and work for Home Instead. Every single person I have met and worked with, has been genuine, empathetic, ever so kind and caring. Everybody has a story about what has brought them to be passionate about working in senior care and it is very touching and makes for sincere and compassionate employees and employers.

I couldn?t recommend Home instead enough!I?ve been with them for almost a year and compared to other care companies I have worked for, they are a dream.Excellent communication, supportive managers and a care company that actually cares for its clients.They pay is above average and the training is appropriate for the role.Not only would I recommend Home Instead as employers but I wouldn?t hesitate to use them to provide the care for my relatives.

I've worked for Home Instead for over 2 years now and our ethos has always been to help our client's remain in their own homes happy and safe.Their needs are established and our care is centred around that. Our safety and that of our client's is paramount. Training is second to none and our office encourages visits and phone calls to keep in touch. Highly recommended.

I?ve only been working at Home Instead Salisbury & Romsey for a few months and it?s been a great experience. The training was really good. They offered in house training and online training to do at home. They?ve all been really supportive and helpful.Highly recommend considering Home Instead if you?re looking to be a CAREGiver.

I have worked with this lovely company for a few months and I am so happy ,they are a wonderful friendly group of people who are happy to guide you through your career and the training is accessible and well organised and the company are only too happy to help and answer anything to make sure you and your clients have the best experience possible, I highly recommend working for homeinstead .

If you are desperate for work don?t let this agency waste your time. I drove to Salisbury from Romsey for the interview and was asked to return for Training on the understanding this would be paid once I started. I spent a whole day training plus parking for the day. I was on furlough so I had tonnes of availability I was told I would be able to start quickly so gave my details for the dbs and spent yet more hours doing online training all in the hope I would be working soon. They said the dbs had come through and I would be starting soon. Sadly then the excuses started saying they had no work. I have fortunately since returned to work I have never received pay for the days training or had my parking expense returned. I have queried this as well as wanting to see a copy of the dbs since this is a document on myself soI am legally entitled to see it. I have now been told they never did the dbs and that they never promised to pay for the days training both of which are lies. Luckily I wasn?t desperate for money as I was on furlough but I would hate for someone who is desperate for work to spend what little cash they have on parking and take a day out of job hunting for these liars.
