Myself and my husband frequently visit this store. The staff are so friendly and cheerful. They are always ready to answer questions about stock and show a genuine interest in customers. It makes for a much better shopping experience and having a chat with staff is always a pleasure.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Harry C went out of his way to ask if I needed any help as he was returning from his break. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience!

I went into Salisbury store today and was served by Harry C.
What a lovely young man, happy, friendly, polite, had a lovely little chat while he was serving me. We need more people like him. Made my shopping trip a pleasure.

Manager is rude and does not treat staff well. Shop is okay usually low on stock but everything is pulled forwards to look like theres more. Customer service if till staff is good.

Salisbury My favourite Home Bargains. Always so friendly , helpful and the shop floor is always so clean and tidy. The shelves are always full. When they are filling the shelves the staff is always curious and offer to help or move away for you. I have been quite a few of your branches which don?t manage these levels and have followed many many of your lorries travelling from here to Cirencester, the drivers are so careful travelling through small villages to reach Swindon I guess there must be a warehouse. Fantastic company

Bought 4 packs of adhesive velcro picture hanging strips, didn't cost much , so didn't keep receipt
Literally 3 out of 4 lightweight pictures I hung up fell off the wall first night
Absolute rubbish product
Messaged customer services , got a standard copy n paste reply about being able to offer a refund but need receipt
Who keeps all their receipts ????
Literally no help whatsoever
Store is basicly gull of cheap Chinese products
So you get what you pay for , rubbish
