Ordered 3 wiper blades on line to be collected in store (Salisbury). Wasn't sure if rear blade was the correct size. Two members of staff (apologies can't recall their names but believe one might be called Sam) were extraordinarily helpful, not only in trying various fitting options, but also processing the refund for the blade which was returned.Overall very impressive customer service .

I had 2 lights out on my car and was able to order the bulbs and fittings online, turn up this morning and they were fitted straight away. Easy, simple, inexpensive and the guy that fitted them was incredibly helpful. I wish I'd noticed his name, but didn't unfortunately. Thank you!

Over priced, bad customer experience and poor quality item.Do not buy headlights from here if yours goes out.We went in to buy a headlight for our car as it had gone out. Found the right part online and when got to the checkout, ignorantly paid extra for the box of many lights option. What a total waste, after only realising after that half of these may not be compatible with my car. They just wanted the upsell without understanding their customers needs.Paying £9 for someone to fit a lightbulb for you is daylight robbery, so we opted to install it ourselves, which was very easy.Our bulb didn?t last a week, so we were left without a working headlight and no way of getting a refund or warranty replacement as we had discarded the receipt.The person who we spoke to ?Matt? didn?t want to look up our transaction and didn?t offer any alternatives to help us. They didn?t seem very attentive to our ask and seemed very disengaged and like we were inconveniencing them. They could have been much more polite and receptive, disappointed in this customer service. We understand that we should have kept the receipt, but most places take our email or we buy it online, so never need to worry about this, get with the times Halfords. Staff need training in communication and customer service.We opted to get a £2.80 from Euro Car Parts instead.£6 gone down the bin with Halfords. Will not be returning ever to this store and will be getting any future parts from elsewhere.*edit* Had battery and car electrics tested, nothing wrong. So issue was with the bulb.

Didn't seem to be any staff around actively doing anything in store as far as I could see, no signage over the aisles, wandered around helplessly lost for minutes down aisle after aisle of bulbs or more cleaning supplies than a chain of valets would have, simply trying to find where they're hiding the fuel additives/cleaners, before giving up and taking my custom elsewhere with better customer service and a clear store layout.

Went to Halfords in Salisbury to get a new battery fitted for my wife?s car (Mini Cooper) and Sam and his colleague (didn?t catch her name) went above and beyond changing over batteries. What should have been a straight forward job, turned out to be a real pain, no thanks to BMW Mini?s poor design for battery accessibility - absolutely zero! Had to remove endless covers and hoses just to get to the battery retaining bolts, the Halfords team were very patient and were able to get the new battery successfully fitted. Well done Halfords! Would certainly recommend this branch. Thank you.

Brought our really good but 20 year old bikes in for an all round service. Brilliant attention and excellent service in all areas. Good communication too. Luke and Lilly surpassed themselves. Massively great advert. In fact did go back with our bikes after we had exceptional advice and service buying bikes for various grandchildren last year. Highly recommended!

Unhelpful, disinterested, waste of time. I checked online the items were in stock but the assistant did not wish to check the stores. For other items if in the glass cases they cannot be 'allowed out' to check the specs. So forty miles wasted. Shame as I had a nice shopping list
