Visited today to buy Christmas cards. I was at the front of the queue at the tills and the person behind me was served before me! Fortunately there are other places to buy cards in Salisbury so I left the cards on the counter and walked out. Not the way to treat a regular customer!

Bought a pack of Easter Cards in a plastic pack and each card was covered in plastic as well,think you need to cut down on plastic consumption, too much plastic just for 6 small easter cards .
