“Ordered some flowers from here and wasn't hugely impressed with the state of them, were already open and only really lasted a week even after following all relevant care instructions, spoke to Sam who was great and another bunch were sent out the same day, they have lasted a lot longer and were beautiful.Would happily recommend Sam and her team, and would use them again given the way they dealt with the issue.Thank you”

“This beautiful but unassuming gem of a restaurant was the perfect place for hubby and I to enjoy a meal to celebrate a big birthday. We’d heard great things about it as we are local and finally got around to going - and boy it was worth it! The food was ‘London restaurant’ standard, sublime, what a fabulous chef they have found, and the service was also immaculate. We enjoyed a gorgeous bottle of red wine, glasses of champagne and had the most special evening. I felt the standard of food actually was worthy of a higher price tag! I couldn’t recommend a visit enough, it is a real treat! Please support them, these special places are rare!”

“Had an impromptu visit to the giggling squid on Sunday. We hadn't been for a little while and after figuring out what the wife and I wanted to eat, we decided a visit to this beautiful restaurant. It is beautifully decorated inside, with lots of room. A great menu with lots of delicious dishes to choose from. A great setting for a nice romantic meal, family gathering, party. Highly recommended.”

“Service, atmosphere, food was excellent. Watch out for price of wines though. We bought a carafe of wine, 500ml for £21, works out at £10.50p for each 250ml glass. Now that is what we called expensive.”
