Went in a few minutes before closing time, man saw me pull up then proceeded to lock the door and walk to the back. Came back bang on closing time and shrugged his shoulders and said they were shut. Gone of the days of good work ethic, just a job!! If no stars was an option I would be putting that!

I needed a number plate so phoned ahead to check if they could do one whilst waiting and what proof of ownership paperwork was required. Reassured, I drove to the branch only to be told they couldn't do one as they don't have a licence! Someone in management needs to have words.
