Only leaving one star as zero isn?t an option sadly.
Not the best experience with sorting a basic phone upgrade. The store?s manager was understanding to our situation by our second visit/attempt to collect a delivery and pleasant enough to deal with.
By store visit number three, 45mins before closing I was met with an incredibly abhorrent and rude individual. I was refused receipt of my phone due to a surname mix up on my account. No offer to help assist with this was made other than a half arsed call to head office (they cut him off, no attempt from him to try again). I had an electronic copy of my marriage certificate to hand yet this wasn?t enough to resolve this issue either. None of this was communicated during the upgrade process, I was not aware of the need for additional forms of identification and have had no previous issues with a separate phone on my account under this name.
I?ve subsequently rung head office, who agreed this could have easily been sorted in store and they have been extremely apologetic. A formal compliant has been made.
It amazes me how an individual whose role relies so heavily on customer service could be so poor and dissatisfied with his job.
Thankfully Vodaphone is just a few steps away, opposite this store.

Not a great experience for me, grumpy and arrogant people, the lad that served me didn't seem to want to be there, doesn't communicate with customers well and seemed grumpy.
Maybe it was a bad for him as it was for me, I'd had my bike and phone stolen and needed a new Sim card to put into an old phone.
He completely ignored a woman customer, i know he was serving me but should of just said, "Someone will be with you Shortly Madam"

We called in for guidance about 2 EE contracts. We ended up switching one phone to a better contract and switching to EE broadband too. We hadn't anticipated that this would installing fibre optic cabling but it has all worked out well. Two phones plus broad band from EE works out a fair bit cheaper than the previous outgoings.

Mislead my mother-in-law about her WiFi! My mother-in-law isn't the most tech savvy person. She went into the store and spoke to a young salesman. He recommended a cellular module which ran on 4/5G...who in their right mind offers that as a bass package? You go directly to Ethernet! Paying £17 a month for rubbish internet! He alos sold it to her by guaranteeing an upgrade which didn't exist. I went to the store with her today and the gentleman who greeted us directed us to customer service, nothing bad on him as we didn't deal with him initially and he was very polite. Customer service were outstanding as always and allowed us to change to Ethernet which technically speaking they're not allowed whilst in contract (Paula, if you read this, thank you!). Take it from me, buy online and talk over the phone, stores carry people with low intelligence.

Terrible customer service. Asked if I could buy a screen cover for my daughter?s iPhone 11. The person in the shop was a middle aged man who told me they didn?t have covers for this older model as they returned them all and suggested I go round a corner shop. I explained they sent me in that same corner shop last year and the quality was very poor in comparison. Then the younger staff said they still had them at the back and found one. This is terrible as I have been an EE customer since 2015 paying a lot of money for 2 business contracts. All I wanted was a good quality cover for my daughter before we take her to uni.
