On a retail park near Tesco. Access is busy with Tesco and the retail park and other businesses, etc. There is plenty of parking available. The store is a good size and has a good range of stock. When we visited the store was messy and untidy with cages of stock that were not being put out or with any close to them. There was products all over - we found what we wanted on POS offer stand - not where it should of been. Loads of other stock not meant to be was there also. There were staff supporting the tills, albeit there was a bit of a waiting time, not long luckily. Returned home to find out purchase was badly damaged, but this is not the store's fault, so will be returning to the store soon.

Great selection of goods at reasonable prices. Coffee in cafe great at a very good price.

Very good selection of homeware and reasonably priced. Only criticism is the collection point for web orders is at the one way entrance. To leave the store you have to go past the checkout maze. Better signage or a different location would help.

Awful experience today in your salisbury store. Waiting in queue to collect a click and collect order (should be named click and wait ages order) waited in line behind a customer who had loads of items and was being served by a member of staff who was taking her time and chatting, there was no urgency or realisation that another customer was waiting. Ok this cant be helped if there is only 1 member of staff in the store but I seen two other members of staff bimbling about behind the till area and I asked one if they could collect my click and collect order thinking this would be a quick task for them. He refused to serve me and stated they are really short staffed at the moment!!! Jist kept repeating I'm really sorry like a robot! There were staff members about behind the till area. One was on a Tablet walking back and forth and the other one was replenishing stock I'm guessing. This store has gone downhill over the years and this will be my last visit. I walked out in the end as I couldn't wait any longer. Dunelm can refund me in a weeks time when the system picks up that the items haven't been collected. I have ordered the items elsewhere.
