What a fantastic experience. Paul read my mind at every stage of my journey and kept a smile on my face throughout. I was given a go on the sleep machine which worked out the best beds for me. I was sceptical, but I leave a convert. We were offered refreshments and ample information about the different types of beds and the latest technology. I am not sure by what magic, but Paul made the process of choosing a bed and parting with a large sum of money a delightful journey. I still have a smile on my face the following day. Thank you Paul!

£149 pillow bought last Sunday. Recently had a tooth extracted and I've never been more comfortable in bed.
Thoroughly recommend investing in a good pillow, it's made the world of difference to my quality of life. Cooling and machine washable too!

Went in to look for a mattress, was met with a rude staff member because the highest one wasn?t in our budget. Sarcy comments about the cheapest mattress like ?nothing special at all?. Ended up walking out and buying one in dunhelm down the road

What a great experience it was to get a new mattress. The service was incredible and the salesman Paul's knowledge of what I was looking for was incredible. After a 3 minute test, he found us the perfect mattress in minutes.
I fully recommend Dreams in Salisbury to anyone looking for a bed. Nothing but class service from Paul and the feeling that they care.

Absolutely fantastic experience at your Salisbury store. The staff were all exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Nathan was utterly standout. He patiently explained features of the mattresses that my wife and I were interested in, tailoring our needs and displaying the highest levels of customer service and professional excellence. Lovely, friendly staff. They were excellent with my special needs child so my husband and I could focus on picking out and ordering a new bed. The staff were very understanding and didn't make us feel rushed when looking. Answered our question knowledgeable. Overall experience excellent. We will be definitely be going back for our next bed.
